I buy a crate of 24 bottles of original coke every month and never had an issue until now. Last crate tastes disgusting like somebody has put something in the bottle. Had to send batch number etc. to the contact information. E- mails exchanged to be told my issue was being treated seriously. Next e- mail received was to contact customer services! Thought that’s who I’d contacted in the first place. Not happy that I’ve been passed to a different department. Still waiting a response.
